Registration Categories
All rates listed below are per person, in USD and exclusive of any applicable VAT.
*Government / Financial Category
includes representatives of government agencies including central banks, state-owned (NON-COMMERCIAL) printing works, enforcement agencies, issuing banks, etc.; Commercial Banks, Foreign Exchange, and CIT/Cash Management Companies.
Please Note: Attendees from Africa and the Middle East in this category are eligible for discounted attendance fees, please select 'African CB/Comm Bank/FI/CMC/CiT/Gov/Retailer' during the registration process to benefit from this rate.
**Industry Supplier Category
includes representatives of all supplier/commercial non-sponsoring companies, that work directly with central banks, monetary authorities, and/or printing works.
A maximum of 3 delegates per organization are permitted.
***Spouse/Guest
includes access to Drinks Receptions on Monday, and Tuesday nights & entry to the Delegate Appreciation Dinner on Wednesday.
Please note that Spouse/Guest cannot be a company representative/industry affiliated and must accompany a fully paying delegate.

Additional Budgeting Considerations
- Hotel and other accommodations
- Flights or other transportation to Cape Town
- Airport transfers and other transportation
- Dinner, snacks, or any other meals outside of conference hours
Payment Information
Registration fees may be made by wire transfer or credit card. Please choose your preferred method of payment during your registration and further payment information will be provided. If you do not make your payment by the date of a listed price increase, fees will be subject to the newer registration price.
Photo Requirements
Upon arrival, all delegates will be issued a mandatory photo ID badge. Therefore, please upload a photo when you register online to be used on your delegate badge. Please upload a current, passport-style photo. If you are a returning delegate, we will have a picture of you on file - if you decide not to upload a current photo, the one on file will be used.
Photos provided will also be uploaded to the CR Events App. If for any reason you wish to exclude your photo from being posted on the app, please contact Natasha Bajic at nbajic@currency-research.com. You are still required to upload a photo during the registration process to be used for your photo ID badge.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your conference registration, please write to Natasha Bajic. Please remember to cancel any existing hotel reservation directly with the hotel to avoid or minimize any cancellation fees. Please note: CR and the Cash Cycle Seminar are not responsible for your hotel cancellations or reservations.
Refund Policy
CR will credit fees paid for registration to 1) another colleague who can attend and/or 2) a future CR event within 12 months or to any other CR initiative, ie. CR report, news subscription, etc. Substitutions may be made at any time, before the start of the conference at no additional charge.
Any cancellations received within 8 weeks of the event start date will not qualify for the above-outlined credits, and all no-show attendee fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events or other CR initiatives.
